Stertor & Stridor - Elongated soft palate

Bulldogs and French Bulldogs Elongated Soft Palate is an abnormality that can cause increased airway resistance, as well as an increase of negative intra-airway pressure, laryngeal fatigue, atrophy, and collapse. The condition is most noticed during excitement and activity by a loud breathing sound (stridor), and often cyanosis, retching, hyperthermia, and collapse.
