Refunds only apply to customers who purchased our products directly from the vet4bulldog online store. All other customers must seek their refund, return, or exchange for the retailer where the product was purchased
Refunds or replacements are given only on products for which proof-of-purchase (receipt or label and purchasing information) is provided and purchased directly from us from one of our authorized resellers.
If you do not have the receipt, please provide us with information posted on your original online purchase that can help us trace your order, such as your name, order number, address, and email.
