Bully Interdigital Cyst Basic Bundle

An interdigital cyst is not really a cyst, and that matters for how you treat it. What you are looking at is usually a hair follicle that has been pushed down into the skin between the toes, where the body then walls it off and reacts to it. A bulldog is built to make this happen: short bristly hair, splayed weight-bearing paws, webbing that stays damp, and skin that is often allergic to begin with.

Think of an ingrown hair on your own neck after a shave, then imagine standing on it all day. That is the gap between your bulldog’s toes. Squeezing it does nothing useful, and scrubbing an angry paw dry just makes it angrier.
