Stenotic nares are nostrils that are too narrow, and I will be straight with you: nothing you give by mouth opens a nostril. That is anatomy, and it is fixed with surgery when it is severe enough to warrant it. What a daily program can honestly do is work on the part that is not fixed, the swelling of the lining behind the opening, and keep the dog calm and lean so he asks less of the airway he has.
