1. DR. KRAEMER / EDUCATION:
Dr. Kraemer began his pre-veterinary studies by earning a biology degree and working as a research assistant in the university’s immunology lab.
Dr. Kraemer is a Tufts Veterinary School graduate (Boston, MA). He is a member of the AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) and the SCVMA (Southern California Veterinary Medical Association).
2. BULLDOG SPECIALITY HOSPITAL
Dr. Kraemer practiced veterinary medicine, critical care, internal medicine, and specialty surgery in Orange County, California, for over 30 years.
Dr. Kraemer founded a specialty practice dedicated to bulldogs, French bulldogs, and other Brachycephalic breeds, such as pugs and Boston Terriers.
These breeds are known for their distinctive medical and surgical needs.

1. BULLDOG COMMUNITY & FAMILY
Dr. K, along with his wife and their two children, lovingly cares for Lily, an abandoned puppy left in a box at the hospital door when she was just a few weeks old. They also welcomed Benjamin, a stray cat they found soaked and cold on a busy street during a rainy day. All three rescued pets are cherished members of their extended family.
The Kraemer family actively participates in local bulldog rescue fundraising events and provides funding to help care for and adopt those bulldogs in need and help raise public awareness. Dr. Kraemer’s children are certified ‘Bully Whisperers,’ affectionately hugging and kissing the bulldogs, who happily reciprocate with friendly dribbles and slobbers.
2. DR. KRAEMER AND BULLDOG RESCUE
Dr. Kraemer maintains close connections with the Southern California Bulldog Rescue Group, an ardent and committed organization dedicated to bulldog rescue efforts. He and his team take pride in actively participating in SCBR’s daily adoption and rescue initiatives.
Dr. Kraemer volunteers at local bulldog events, contributing his time and medical expertise.
