Dr. Kramer graduated from Tufts Veterinary School, situated in North Grafton, near Boston, Massachusetts. Before attending veterinary school, Dr. Kramer had a profound passion for animal welfare that stemmed from his upbringing.

Growing up on a farm where he raised horses and cattle, he developed a strong connection to animals from an early age.

During his college years, he furthered his commitment to animal welfare by providing a nature program for children at a summer camp in upstate New York.

Before applying to veterinary school, Dr. Kramer gained valuable experience working in various capacities within the equine industry. He worked on the racetrack in New York City, at the Thoroughbred Jockey Club, and on horse farms in Maryland and Virginia.

Additionally, Dr. Kramer’s adventurous spirit led him to serve with the special forces, where he traveled the world engaging in activities such as scuba diving, rock climbing, and skiing.
